Doug Burik D.C.

Hello, I am Dr. Doug Burik. I grew up in Monroeville, PA, which is an eastern suburb of Pittsburgh. I attended the University of Pittsburgh class of “89” and Logan Chiropractic College class of “92”. Choosing Chiropractic as a career, came from my personal experience dealing with chronic headaches. They started at age 14 and persisted for 8 1/2 years. I went to medical doctors, specialists, hospitals and was told the same thing: nothing was wrong.

It wasn’t until I went to a Chiropractor that my headaches were properly diagnosed, treated and ultimately resolved. After experiencing first hand what Chiropractic care could do, I made my decision to be a Chiropractor.

Upon graduation in 1992 I moved to Carrollton to work at the Carrollton Chiropractic Center. As my patient base continued to grow, I went out on my own and moved into the Drug Mart Plaza in 2000. In October of 2017, I relocated for the last time into a brand new 5,280 sq. ft. facility at our current location on Trump Road, Carrollton.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and two amazing kids, Matt (and wife Summer) and Megan along with my grandson, Ryder. I also enjoy jogging, golfing, sports and most outdoor activities.

I am so grateful for all that Chiropractic has given me. It has introduced me to so many different people, many of which I now call friends. It has given me the opportunity to live in beautiful Carroll County with it’s hard-working, honest and loving people. It has provided me with the financial freedom to live comfortably, own a house and raise a family. I even met my wife at a Chiropractic school function 29 years ago! But most of all it has given me the priceless gift of health, which I now share with my patients, friends, and family.

Aaron Compton D.C.

Hello, my name is Dr. Aaron Compton. I have been working at Burik Chiropractic for about 3 months. The slower pace, small-town feel is what drew my attention to the area. I currently reside in New Philadelphia, Ohio, which is where I also grew up. I graduated from Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School in 2004. I then went on to further my education at Mount Union College where I graduated in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.

During my senior year at Mount Union, I started working for a Chiropractor assisting patients with rehab exercises. When I wasn't busy with exercises I would follow the Doctor around and was amazed at the results that Chiropractic care was given to the patients. It was then that I realized I wanted to attend Chiropractic school. I studied at New York Chiropractic College in the Finger Lakes region of NY. I graduated in December 2011 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and received my Ohio Chiropractic license in January 2012.

I chose to become a Chiropractic Physician because of the amazing power of the body to heal itself naturally without the use of drugs or surgery. I really enjoy meeting new people and educating them on chiropractic care so that they can experience true health and vitality.

In my spare time, I really enjoy sports, being in the outdoors, and traveling. Some of my passions include bicycling, hiking, and kayaking. I strive to be healthy by getting regular chiropractic care, eating healthy, and exercising often."

Nikki Lee

Hi, my name is Nikki Lee and I have been at Burik Chiropractic since 2007. I started out at the front desk where I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful patients and people. I then became the Office Manager and have been in that position for the last 8 years. I truly enjoy my job and meeting some amazing people over the years. I have been married for 15 years and have 3 incredible children who keep me very busy in my off time.

Darcelle Brady

Hi my name is Darcelle Brady. I have worked for Burik Chiropractic for 4 years now and I truly enjoy working with my co-workers and the patients. I started out as front desk receptionist and from there I became what we call the "floater".

I have one daughter named Brittany and two beautiful grandchildren Alayna (6) and Aaron (4). I also have a grandpuppy named Steffen.

In my spare time I enjoy riding motorcycles with my boyfriend Brandon, going to concerts and to the movies.

I perform all the therapies for our wonderful patients here, at Burik Chiropractic. I like spending time with my family and enjoy going to concerts, caring for my grandchildren, and traveling to town to visit my sister.
